If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately atinfo@arvionfurn.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.
Do you offer assembly services for furniture?
We currently do not offer in-home assembly services for furniture. However, all of our products that require assembly come with detailed instructions and installation videos. You can assemble the furniture yourself or hire a local technician for assistance.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
When you place an order withArvionFurn.comwe will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 5-10 business days for your order.
